Please HELP!! (with my homepage)

Hello everyone. I was working on my site last night (solely on changing the colors of everything) and in the middle of it I went to check out my website to see it updated and my home page was completely messed up. All my posts are scattered everywhere and it looks very sloppy. I am planning on launching my website this weekend but there is no way I can do that with my homepage looking as it does. Could someone please take the time to look at my website and if you could help in anyway that would be so awesome! I am not sure if this just happened because I was doing a lot of work on it or not and I don’t know if this will go away if left alone for a day or two but I am getting a little scared because I have no idea how to fix this and I have worked extremely hard on this.
