please help with my wordpress background

  • I want to put a custom wallpaper in my wordpress site. I want it like a footer. Then I need the body to be 60% transparent so you can always see the footer. And I want it to be fixed at the bottom. Please any help?

    and another one thing I want the background footer to touch the left to right hand side on all screen??
