Please help with News Ticker for Mobile

  • There is a news ticker on every page in my site:

    https://www.vacantroad.com

    I really like it, but on a mobile device (iPhone) it becomes annoying. As you are reading a post the page will continuously shift up and down as the ticker adjusts its size. I want the box size to remain fixed.

    Please tell me how to correct.
