Can you let us know what Shopping Cart plugin are you using?

What shopping cart plugin are you using? Do your customers enter their shipping address on your website before being transferred to Paypal for payment?

This site has been running for 3 years now and it worked fine without customers entering any address.

It is strange that nobody entered their address.
How the system get that info in the past?

Is it they already have an address with Paypal and Paypal therefore automatically sends the address. I am guessing?

You are telling me that paypal send you that info to your system?

Everytime I used to get a paypal payment the address was there until I had some SEO work done a couple of weeks ago and then it changed and don’t show anymore.

Do you use a SEO plugin?

Sure do it is Yoast

Can you deactivate it temporary and see if that solve the issue?

No sorry didn’t work still the same.

Try deactivating all your plugins by renaming the plugins folder to plugins-deactivate please.

Did that but still the same

Didn’t deactivate the Gold Cart for WP e-Commerce and WP e-Commerce.
