Please Help with Website Load/Refresh

Hi,

Not sure how to really describe my issues, but I’ll do the best that I can ?? I noticed that when the website loads or I navigate it briefly shows the background behind the post background of the for just a split second, then it loads completely. I do not want that. Why is that happening? When I used other themes, I never saw the background behind the post background it just loaded without notice.
