• The plugin looks nice on the surface but has limited functionality. It doesn’t do what I need so I requested a refund, twice. The following is copied directly from the FAQ on their website.

If I’m not happy with ACPT, will I get my money back?
ACPT offers you no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 14 days of your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with the product, then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away.

I made my request on the June 20th, same day of purchase, and sent a reminder on the 23rd. It’s now July 4th and still haven’t heard a peep from them.

UPDATE: July 16 and much like this negative review, no response whatsoever. I don’t care so much about the $49 that I’ll never see again. I can afford it. I just can’t stand a rip off. I strongly recommend you do NOT buy their product. That’s all I have to say on the matter.

It appears you are talking about this plugin https://acpt.io.

This form is for a very old unsupported plugin that happens to share the same name but is not the same plugin as the one you paid for.

Please reach out to them here https://acpt.io/contacts.

    Good luck.
