• It looks good on the surface and provides a mild solution however it is extremely poorly put together and will cause you so many issues. I have tried for 6 months to make it work and I am only glad that I didnt pay for pro. I am going to rebuild my entire website off of wordpress just to avoid Dokan multivendor it is that bad. Its not suitable for a complex multivendor business.

    Simple things do not work as they should. Such as Vendors receiving New Order Emails without the delivery address!

    Vendors not being able to input card details.

    Support only help on the surface and can be cumbersome to deal with however they intially get back to you quickly. Out of major 4 issues I had, one was solved very well.

    Thanks for sharing your precious opinion. I really feel sorry to hear that your experience was that bad with Dokan. I am unsure about your business model, but if Dokan is failed to meet your specific business model, it does not meant that Dokan will not work for complex business models.

    I can see you have mentioned two issues here. One is, the vendors are not getting the shipping address on the new order email and the other one is the vendors are not being able to input card details.

    About the first issue, both the billing address and shipping address is sent to the vendor when a new order is placed to his/her store as you can see in this screenshot. If you are not getting it can be a resultant of many things such as, the plugin was not used properly, or there can be a conflict, or something else. In this case, the issue needs to be debugged properly. Anyways, I have seen our internal ticket system and found that you we more interested in removing some specific part of the addresses. Not showing the address was never even mentioned!

    About the second issue, all the users are supposed to be able to add their card details from the my account page. Besides, it is a feature of WooCommerce and not Dokan to add card details from the my-account page. If you are referring to saving the card details to somewhere else, then please share where you are planning to do so.

    As you said you have 4 major issue and 1 of them was solved, there were three left. Discussed about 2 above. I am interested to know about the last issue also.

The problems in my review are only some of the issues I have come across and do represent my entire experience with Dokan, this is not the best place to speak in depth about these things. I tried for over 4 weeks to receive help from support for some critical issues mentioned and in 4 weeks zero progress was made.

    Thanks for getting back again. I also do not have the intention to discuss this in detail here as it is not the proper place. I just wanted to make sure there was no misleading information as you asked for assistance from us about a thing to us and mentioning about something else here.

    Another thing I would like to mention is you said, “I tried for over 4 weeks to receive help from support for some critical issues mentioned and in 4 weeks zero progress was made.”. We always emphasize resolving client-raised issues as early as possible. To our knowledge, there is no client-raised issue on www.ads-software.com of Dokan or our internal system that took 4 weeks and made zero progress. So, I would strongly disagree with that statement too.
