I’ve pushed out a new update to this plugin that has an option to include the footnotes as a list at the bottom of a page or post. You can also display a list of footnotes using the [mfn_list] shortcode if you want the list to appear somewhere other than the bottom. Please let me know if you have any feedback on that!
