  • Good afternoon. There is a problem. Payment came late and the status has not changed although payment has arrived. Please Make do it possible to change status for late payments..

    Logic:
    12.05.2020 on 01:21: Order status changed from Completed to Failed.
    11.05.2020 on 20:53 Stripe payment successful.
    Order status changed from Pending payment to Completed.

    But the order status was canceled and I had to manually change it

    Thank you for your message.

    If there was a delay from the payment gateway then the order would have been changed to failed. Then it falls upon user intervention to go back and change the status of the order if a manual transaction was done or if the payment gateway eventually returned a result.

    the the automated order completion doesn’t seem to work with variable products. Am I missing something or are variable products not supported?
