Please make XMR private key optional (for exchange wallets)

In the plugin settings a Monero private view key is required, but this should be optional (with the understanding transactions must be manually confirmed).

Users may wish to accept XMR payments to a wallet address on an exchange (which don’t provide or need private view keys). The plugin wouldn’t be able to confirm the transactions automatically but users would get a deposit notification email from their exchange.
