Please move the “WP Fastest Cache” menu item under the Settings menu

Lots of users want to reach the settings of wp fastest cache easily but I will add a feature which moves it to “settings menu” for you and let you know.

Strictly speaking, the plugin’s admin page isn’t just for settings and has enough in it to warrant a separate top-level item.

@mondalaci If you want finer control over your admin menu, why not use Admin Menu Editor?

@emrevona while you’re considering menu changes, it would be good to have a sub-menu with separate page links, instead of the tabbed interface.

I am thinking adding a feature which works with define() function. if the constant is defined, the menu link is moved under the Settings menu.
