I have done some extensive testing of this plugin and I have found that it has issues iterating through the array of domains on the account, leaving the variable $domain empty at times (even with >8M memory available to WP), so I am marking this as a broken plugin.
Luis: I suggest that you re-work this plugin to use the individual zone (domain) API rather than the global API, then you won’t have the problems walking through an array.

    HI Luiz!
    Its me again; the pest!
I installed the latest version and it cannot validate the API.
I think you are correct in using the Zone ID; no one else seems to do that, even on the “official” Cloudfare plugin! That’s what its for! Doing so keeps the script from itetating through all the domains on he account trying to find a match.
I think you have te input boxes mis-labeled. It says:
Inform your CloudFlare's API key and account holder's e-mail below to make cache purge runs automatically when a new post is saved (new post / post edit)
For one thing, it should be “Enter,” not “inform.”
    The error says:
Error: Your API Token could not be validated. Please check and try again.
but I think you mean Cloudflare EMail (not APIKey) & Zone ID key.
I don’t think that you need both API KEy and Zone ID, just EMail and onr or the other (not both)
    Thanks!

Error: Your API Token could not be validated. Please check and try again.

after I upgraded to this version, it didn’t clear the cache anymore, and this error appears above.
