Please, put some Cyrillic support

Hi, I have a blog on wordpress.com. I noticed that when I put a tag or category in Bulgarian (Cyrillic) the relevant tags and categories do not appear in the post. With these in Latin there is no problem.
Is it possible to fix the problem? With my other blogs, using other themes – no such problem…
