Please put title attribute back

It is an option for good SEO our SEO people we hired have asked us to use in certain cases. It is part of the WordPress core, but you removed it. Just fix the display of it and I think that will make the people happy that don’t use it.

A plugin adds functionality, and doesn’t remove it (unless that’s specifically what the plugin is for). This is functionality crucial for our business, please put it back. People who don’t think they need it don’t have to use it.
