    Hi,

    Before creating a new topic on these forums, we’d like you to read this first in hopes you can find an answer quickly:

    • Read plugin documentation
    • Try to use search on this forum, most likely your problem already have a solution
    • Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Visual Portfolio, WordPress, and your theme
    • Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin
    • Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentyNineteen (or other default WordPress theme)
    • On your WordPress root folder, edit the wp-config.php and set the value of WP-DEBUG to true

    If you have followed all these steps and you’re still encountering difficulties:

    • Describe the issue and what led to it. Please be as accurate and detailed as possible
    • If you suspect the issue was caused by the theme or plugin you are using, please attach the name + URL of the theme / plugin

    How can I suggest new ideas I’d like to see added to the plugin?

    Creating a GitHub issue is also the right action for this. If you have a new idea you would like to suggest, create an issue to make sure it aligns with our development.

  • Since this is more of a overall post and less topic related, I just wanted to thank you for your active support. I tried a lot of the free wp portfolio plugins, but none of them come close to your functionality and design options.
    I also wanted to ask if there’s a pro Version in sight, because I would happily pay for this gem once the bugs are resolved. Keep up the good work!

    PRO version is in plans, but first, need to improve the free plugin and add extended Gutenberg support. In PRO version will be available social networks integration, visual Tiles editor and other neat features.
