    Hey there!

    Before creating a new topic on these forums, we’d like you to read this first in hopes you can find an answer quickly.

    If you are a Visual Portfolio Pro user, then do not create a support topic in these forums. Commercial products are not supported here and we cannot support customers on this site. Premium customers should use our support system instead.

    1. Read plugin documentation
    2. Try to use the search on this forum, most likely your problem already has a solution
    3. Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Visual Portfolio, WordPress, and your theme
    4. Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin
    5. Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentyTwenty (or another default WordPress theme)
    6. On your WordPress root folder, edit the wp-config.php and set the value of WP-DEBUG to true
    7. ?

    Lastly, if you decide to create a new topic here in the support forums, please:

    1. Follow all the steps mentioned above
    2. Describe the issue you’re facing in as much detail as possible
    3. Provide a screencast (using a free tool like Loom) of the troubleshooting mentioned above
    4. Provide the exact URL where the issue is occurring
    5. Do NOT share login or password details with us. This is a public forum.

    How can I suggest new ideas I’d like to see added to the plugin?

    Creating a GitHub issue is also the right action for this. If you have a new idea you would like to suggest, create an issue to make sure it aligns with our development.

    Suppose you have an urgent or complex issue. In that case, you can purchase a Pro license to jump the queue for access to our priority support ticket system where our dedicated staff answer tickets.
