    In order to ensure that you get the most out of the plugin and the best support, please follow these quick steps:

    1. Indicate which version of WordPress you are running.
    2. Include a live link (when possible) to your site. If you include a link it is much easier to troubleshoot your problem.

    Plugin updates and answers to support questions are submitted on the weekends.
