If you’re having trouble getting things working, there are a few support resources/tips we suggest you review before you post:
- Check out our blog posts on how to configure your product feeds;
- Check out the F.A.Q. section on AdTribes.io;
- Check out our Google Shopping and Facebook Ads YouTube tutorials;
- Search for similar threads on this support forum;
- Check if the problem is not caused by another plugin by disabling the plugins one by one;
- Make sure you are running the latest version of WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP.
When you do post, please make sure to be as descriptive as possible, share as much details as possible so that we can best assist you. A topic saying “my feed does not work” is NOT such an example.
Pro-actively providing your plugin debug.log will also speed-up support. Read our blog post on how to retrieve the debug.log.
