Paid Customers
Paid customers or users interested in one of our paid versions need to open a ticket on our website. Within these forums we can only offer support for the free version of SliceWP.

Search the forums
Try to search the forums about your problem. Someone else might have stumbled upon it already and the answer might be in that topic.

Having an issue?
Please take the time to perform a conflict test. Basic steps are the following:

• Deactivate all plugins except SliceWP and also switch to a classic theme like TwentyFifteen and then check to see if the issue is still happening
• If not, the cause is most likely a conflict with another plugin or your theme, so you will need to activate them back one by one and check again until you find the one that’s causing the issue
• If it’s still happening, most likely our plugin is at fault

After you’ve done this, please open a topic explaining the steps to reproduce the issue and conflicting plugins/themes (if that’s the case).

Don’t forget to include your plugin version number and also a link to your website where we can see the issue (if that’s the case).
