Before posting a new support request, please consider the following:
- Have you checked the documentation?
- Are you getting an invalid or unexpected content warning?
- Have you read the plugin’s FAQs?
- Have you tested for a plugin conflict?
- Have you scanned the support forum for a similar question? It’s possible your question has already been answered.
- Are you using the latest version of the plugin? If not, you might want to try updating first in case we’ve already fixed the issue.
Doing these pre-checks helps us by reducing the number of questions that have already been answered so that we can focus on the tickets that need our attention the most (such as bugs).
