    But before you post, please have a look at these simple rules:

    If you are a Complianz “paying” customer, please do not create a support thread here.

    Commercial products are not supported on the WordPress forum and developers cannot support customers on this site as per WordPress guidelines.

    In this case, for premium support, you can reach us by opening a support ticket on complianz.io or sending your request to [email protected] to speed up the ticket management process.

    If you have a technical issue, before opening a new thread please have a look at these steps:

    Read our documentation

    • Check if the same issue has been solved in another ticket using the “search this forum” area;
    • Use the most updated versions of the Complianz plugin and possibly WordPress and other plugins involved;
    • Edit the wp-config.php and set the value of WP-DEBUG to true in your WordPress folder (it can give you specific insights regarding the issue);
    • Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin;
    • If you have a caching plugin, please purge the cache;

    If you have followed all these steps and you’re still encountering difficulties, please open a new thread by providing the following:

    • Describe the issue accurately, provide more details as you can for example exact steps to reproduce the issue;
    • Always add the page/site URL you need help with, in this way, we can check your specific configuration and give guidance;

    • For issues related to specific browsers or devices please share info regarding the device, operating system and version of your browser so we can reproduce the issue properly;
