    We are sorry if you may have experienced some difficulties with the Internal Link Juicer. Before creating a thread, please read this first to enable us to help you better and faster and avoid duplicates.

    NOTE: Urgent or complex issues with our Pro Version must be submitted through our Ticket System. You can do this by going to the wp-admin menu of the Internal Link Juicer, and clicking “Support”. From here you can choose the subject of your issue.

    ?? Before posting an issue, you should…

    1. Ensure that you’re using the most updated version of the plugin.
    2. Visit our Knowledge Base (documentation and FAQs). There you’ll find a manual about the Pro and Basic features of the plugin and get many possible questions answered.
    3. If you have a caching plugin, deactivate it first or purge the cache—sometimes, an active cache is a reason why updated links may not get displayed immediately

    ? Still Didn’t Work?

    Below are some measures that you can use to directly identify potential problems yourself. You can post the results here in the forum. This will help us determine the cause of the problem without having to ask you for many more details about your request.

    1. Try to locate your WordPress root folder, edit the wp-config.php, and set the value of the WP-DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG to true (read more about debugging in WordPress here)
      This may allow you to find what causes the issue with the usage of the Internal Link Juicer
    2. If it is still not working: there might be a conflict with another plugin / used theme
      Please install the Healthcheck plugin first: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/

      ? The plugin temporarily disables existing plugins (only for you as an admin). Enable the Internal Link Juicer first and check for errors. If there are none, start enabling your other plugins one by one, checking every time for issues. Once you find the plugin in conflict with the Internal Link Juicer plugin, let us know since we may be able to provide a compatibility
