I tried editing the file PgCacheAdmin.php and I changed the user-agent to “anything” and then i saw the logs, 500 errors were gone. But those files were still not written into cache!

I often get 500 server error, web hosting company told me this is because of the plug in. I really want to use your plug in – can you please guide me if there is a solution.
    thanks

Can you both confirm that this issue is resolved when you deactivate W3 Total Cache?

Yeah it’s due to W3TC, and the strange fact. My users don’t get 500 but while cron bisits my site to cache (during preload) it gets 500s
