Please read this before posting

There are some general guidelines that will help you receive fast and efficient help.

If you need help

If something doesn’t work as expected, please post it here in the forum. Maybe the issue can be fixed easily so that also other users can benefit.

Please help me minimize the time required to answer your questions by doing some checks already before reporting an issue:

• Make sure you are using the latest versions of the plugin and of WordPress.
• Try if disabling other plugins or switching to a default theme solves the problem, so that we know if there is a conflict between plugins.
• Try if the problem also appears in another browser.
• Make sure that your browser doesn’t run any extensions. You could open a new browser tab in privacy/incognito mode and check if you observe the same issue here.

When you report a problem, please post also:

1. The shortcode that you used, including all parameters, and format it as “code” (there are buttons for that in the editor). If you used a widget, you can upload a screenshot (for example here: https://pasteboard.co ) and post the link here. This information is necessary to reproduce the error on my server.
2. The browser you used. Since much of the code runs in the browser, it is important to know where you experienced the issue.
