If you open a new thread, then first make sure it’s the plugin that’s causing the problem and not your theme or another plugin. You can do this by disabling all other plugins, and switch back to a default WP theme.
Also check the browser console for any JS errors. If there’s one, then include it in the post.
If possible include the URL where I can see the issue myself.
