Please read this before you post!

Thanks for using Squelch Tabs and Accordions Shortcodes. Please keep in mind that this is a free plugin and we will do our best to support our users, but we do have to put our paid client work first. With that in mind please ensure you are following the instructions in this thread. This will help us to give you the best support we can.

1. Please do not email Squelch Design for support, all support requests should be made in this forum. We do not currently offer a paid support option, but may do in the future.

3. Before posting a support request please ensure you’ve followed all of the troubleshooting advice on the documentation page: https://squelchdesign.com/wordpress-plugin-squelch-tabs-accordions-shortcodes/#troubleshooting … specifically:

1. Check your version of WordPress: The latest version of the plugin only supports WP3.5 and newer.
2. If you are on WP3.5 or newer, ensure you are using the latest version of the plugin.
3. Look for conflicts with other plugins. Try disabling other plugins on your site in turn and see if it improves the situation. Please note that some themes/plugins are simply not compatible with jQuery UI as they duplicate jQuery UI’s functionality.

Still having problems? Okay, then in that case raise a support thread, but make sure that you include:

1. Which version of the plugin you’re using
2. Which version of WordPress you’re using
3. What plugin settings you have chosen
4. Which theme you are using
5. What plugins you have installed other than Squelch Tabs and Accordions
6. And, most importantly, provide us with a link to a page on your site that exhibits the problem.
