Please read this first

If you run into any problems with the plugin, please try the following things before posting a message. It helps to eliminate a lot of problems and/or gives me the information needed to help fix the problem.

1. Try disabling other plugins (if possible) and see if this solves the problem. There could be a conflict with other plugins.
2. Try one of the default themes that come with WordPress.
3. Enable debugging in WordPress and look in the generated log file (/wp-contents/debug.log) for errors that are related to my plugin.

If you post a problem please provide the following information:

• version of WordPress.
• version of the plugin.
• any errors from the debug log that are related to my plugin (see above).
• the steps you took or the situation where the problem occurs.

Always open a new topic for your problem. That helps me keep track of the status of the topic.
