    Before Posting a new topic or opening a support ticket

    • Search the forums and Google to see if your topic has already been started or your issue has been fixed
    • Do a search of our plugin documentation which covers many issues you may come across when using our plugin
    • Check out our knowledge base on our support site to see if your question is already answered.
    • Update to the latest versions of your plugins, themes and WordPress
    • Perform a conflict test – deactivate all other plugins one by one and/or change your theme.
    • Outline the exact steps to reproduce the issue
    • Provide links and screenshots so we can better understand the issue
