Hmm, I can see there is an empty line at the end of the file, after the 31st of December, which is trying to be added as a row.

As for the second question you have to select ‘both’ for displaying both madahib in the monthly calendar but its not possible for daily time table. The reason is the mosque usually follow one Asr start time.
But if you think you need it, I can work it out for the next version.

As for the third question, the theme settings is on the widget settings page.

Please remove the last row and re-save it.

If you can’t see the last row, please open your csv file in some text editor like notepad, sublime, atom etc.
