Please remove the two uninhabited Australian territories – not needed for States

Thanks for the plugin, very useful.

Can you please update states.csv to remove these two uninhabited Australian territories:

Ashmore and Cartier Islands
Coral Sea Islands

These two territories should not be available as options for the State field, they are never used for addressing purposes – no one lives there.
