Please remove unqualified zh_TW language files from installation ZIP file

Hi Developer,

The current zh_TW language files are of bad quality; it’s time to remove them because this plugin’s GlotPress zh_TW project is completed, and the system is pushing these zh_TW files to zh_TW UI sites.

Limit Login Attempts Reloaded GlorPress zh_TW project

Please consider removing old and unqualified zh_TW files from the ZIP file. Language files’ priority on the system location is higher than the files on the development location; this also means zh_TW files in the ZIP file are unnecessary.
