    If you’re having trouble, we first recommend following the steps below to perform basic troubleshooting:

    • Review our detailed troubleshooting guidelines: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/category/troubleshooting/
    • Disable all non Paid Memberships Pro related Add Ons.
    • Switch to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty-Four.
    • If you are using a caching plugin, such as W3 Total Cache, delete the cache before disabling it.
    • If you open a new topic on the forums, please provide as much information as possible, including the version of Paid Memberships Pro you are using, and a link to where the issue can be seen live. We may also request Site Health Information from you to quickly resolve the issue. This can be found under Tools > Site Health > Info.

    We will not request sensitive information from you about your site and ask that you never share login credentials as this is a public forum.
