    Hi, I’m using the free version of the plugin, I set all the settings but I can’t make it work. When I use the shortcode, the images don’t appear, there’s just some blue boxes with a ?. And when I try to put it using the widget, it doesn’t work as well. The message “please elect a facebook feed” keeps appearing, even when I select a facebook feed. Can you help me, please?

    Hi,

    We very much regret incidents such as the one that you have brought to our attention. Could you please try the following steps? It will most likely resolve the problem.

    ?Go to Facebook Feed WD and press Uninstall.
    ?Navigate to Plugins page and delete Facebook Feed WD
    ?Reinstall and actvate it.

    Afterward, please authenticate with your account and recreate your feeds.

    Hey, thanks a lot. I think the problem was with the authentication. I reauthenticated an it worked. Thanks!
