Problem with plugin

I have Woocommerce and dokan(Lite) plugins when the seller click on add a photo on dokan dashboard

it doesn’t call anything only # and it slide to the top of the page !

please help ??

and can i make the product photo upload regular upload (Directly open the computer explorer not wordpress multi-uploader)
