    I get this error when people try and sign up for my newsletters: Please specify a valid form ID.

    I have checked all of my settings and I cannot find anything on the internet to explain why this error is happening.

    Sending out newsletters are still fine. But even if I create a new form I get this error. There is no cache used on the website.

    Has anybody else experienced this error and know how to fix it?

    Sorry for the delay,

    I see this error on the front office after trying to subscribe with MailPoet form. As you can this a french message. ??

    Hi,
    Thank you for your reply.
    It was the “Post Meta Data Manager” plugin that caused this problem.
    As you suggested, I deactivated this plugin. No more issues
