Does it mean that we can use this particular premium feature as 1-click-upsell like;

Assuming the purchase is properly handled by WooCommerce, yes, you can set a redirect to a custom upsell/thank-you page after checkout is completed. It won’t build the page for you, but it will handle the redirect.
