Hi, i just tried to install and got the following redux error. Hopefully this is something that can be solved with a redux update.

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Class ‘Redux_Helpers’ not found in /nas/wp/www/cluster-40157/explorer/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/admin/core/um-admin-redux.php on line 19

I’m using the Genesis child theme Envy Pro.

Any idea on when the update will be released? Also i was thinking of using your plugin in conjunction with WP User Frontend. I noticed that you’re working on a front-end extension. Any indication on when that may be release?

Although, i have seen this issue before and it usually occurs when other plugin is using
a newer version of the redux framework.

I’ll go though my plugins and see which ones are using redux and which version.

I’ve traced the issue and it was related to the Redux Framework, just not yours.
Another plugin i am using has an even older version of the framework 3.1.4.

I believe the issue arises when a version of Redux is already in use and another plugin
tries to activate with an older or newer version.

I’ve now activated the plugin and all is well. Just one thing, i accepted the tracking discount offer but it will expire before i can purchase. Is there anyway you can extend it to 1st August currently 20th July.

We planned so, but didn’t make a start on it yet, so can’t give any date as when it will be available right now. We recommend using that plugin, or another 3rd party plugin to achieve that for now.

I can’t recommend a specific plugin really, sorry. All you need is a good modal / lightbox plugin and include the shortcode of login/register on the modal content.
