Please verify can't get in to site

  • I have a problem with the plugin keeps saying I have to verify in firefox and IE. and a refresh gives me the game again. endless loop.
    using the most recent plugin. Mad sure the keys are correct. Same think is happening in another site with the plugin.

    get this error in error log
