Please Verify your Freshdesk Credentials – error

    Hi folks,

    I’d like to test some things with this plugin to see if it suits our needs, but I can’t get any further than the main configuration page. The error I get when I try to login: Please Verify your Freshdesk Credentials.

    Anyone who has an idea what could be wrong?

    The mentioned problem is already in our development pipeline. We will add the support for the latest freshdesk and update the next version package soon in the www.ads-software.com.
