• Hello,
So here I am with an issue. When I personnalize my website, using the theme One Page Express, I often get the message “Please wait, this might take a little while” which… actually never disappears. So after 5 or 10 minutes without any possibility to click anywhere, I just can’t do anything but manually refresh the page and sometimes loose my edits. I’ve noticed that this always arises when I’m configuring the separator between the banner and the page content, on the front page.

I have the latest version of the theme, and of WordPress currently installed on my website (which I started building yesterday). I was considering to purchase a pro plan but I guess this puts everything in question.

Would you have any hint about how to fix the issue?
If this can help, when I choose a new separator from the scrolling list, it changes but it is just this “Please wait, this might take a little while” message that doesn’t disappear, and hence I can click anywhere to save my new choice.

Please let me know if I’m not clear enough.
    Thanks and cheers,
    Ma?l.

I just thought it’d be easier to understand with a video: https://youtu.be/YIv04-EjMVQ

    Hi,

Please press CTRL+SHIFT+I and click on the Console tab. If you have any errors (with red) there, please copy-paste them here.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

Can you please try to de-activate all plugins except the One Page Express Companion and re-check your page with the issue?

This seems to be a plugin related issue.
