    we are having wordpress website woocommerce with razorpay (Razorpay for WooCommerce plugin)

    on checkout order is not success on successfull transaction live and test.
    we are getting this message on checkout page
    Please wait while we are processing your payment.

    as per the razorpay team support we changed to basic theme then also we are facing the same issue

    Hi there,

    Sorry for missing this. This forum has been unmonitored for a while, in favour of our official Support Portal, but we’re going to fix that now!

    I do hope you were able to find a resolution for this. If not, please re-open this ticket.

    For anyone else who’s facing a similar issue: we’ll need a little more info here to figure this out. Could you share your merchant ID here or via our support portal? Also, a video showing the issue would help. If possible, you can also share access for a clone site where we can recreate the problem.
