Please widget without title

Hello

Please make possible to have saved a widget without giving a title.
I don’t need a title for advertisement as it is already by ads itself.

My other issue I also mentioned by other user:

I have Austria, Germany and Switzerland as with exception code but it doesn’t work-it shows primary code…
