In the meantime, try to check that your domain’s DNS settings are correct. You get DNS settings from your web host.

I don’t see any IP address returned for your domain name.

Please get in touch with your hosting provider for help: they’re the only ones who can help you resolve this.

Your hosting provider, whom you pay to host your site might though, and since you’ve already been directed to contact them in multiple threads, I suggest you do that.
