Please…need help desperately! Main Content area…

I have been trying for days to figure this out and I REALLY need some help, please?

I am using the Template “Betround” and need to change all but the first page main content area from the “Comment” plug-in to other things like a photo album or text box. As far as I can see, the plug-ins are set to change in the side-bar. I want the side bar left alone, I just need to know how to change, add or delete from the main content area of the page. Can anyone PLEASE let me know how to do this or where to go to find details on how to make these kinds of changes?
