Pledge counter is stuck

    My social media/email submissions counter appears to be stuck at 3691. I’ve followed all the advice on the forums, including updating the plugin, opening a shared count account, and setting up the appropriate settings, but it still appears to not be updating – can I get some assistance with this?

    what is your mashshare cache expiration time?
    Switch back to refresh while loading caching method.

    Also, lower your wp super cache expiration time.

    This should work. If not, let me know.

    The cache expiration time is currently set at “in one hour” and my WP super cache expiration time is set at 1800 seconds. What should I lower it to?

    Can you please send me a screenshot of your settings mashshare > general to
    support [at] mashshare.net?
