    Hey,

    I have installed the LiteSpeed extension and enabled with Plesk Onyx 17.8.11, I have also installed and enabled the LiteSpeed cache plugin, however I cannot enable cache.

    Report number: EGANRRYN

    Report output:
    LITESPEED_CLI = NULL
    LITESPEED_ALLOWED = true
    LITESPEED_ON = NULL
    LITESPEED_ON_IN_SETTING = true
    LSCACHE_ADV_CACHE = NULL

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Please run this command in SSH

    bash <(curl https://www.litespeedtech.com/packages/lscache/set_cache_root_policy.sh)

    to setup cache root.

    Hi slightlydapper,

    LSCACHE_ADV_CACHE = NULL means something wrong to xxxxx/wp-content/advanced-cache.php
    Could you check advanced-cache.php content and permission?

    If define('LSCACHE_ADV_CACHE', true); not exist, please check if there any other conflict full cache plugins.

    If permission issue, simply six by removing advanced-cache.php file and reactivate the litespeed cache plugin to regenerate it.

    Perfect, removed advanced-cache.php and reactivated the plugin and all is working now. Thank you!
