PLL_language cookie

Hello,
This cookie is always present on a site that I have built.
I read your post:

And I added the code in the config.php, before the comment indicating the end of the changes.
But the cookie is still there.How can I block it until the user’s consent?
If you tell me which code generates it, I can encapsulate it inside a code to manually block it.I await yours.
