• Hello guys,

I really need help regarding this issue that I have. First, I must say that I’m totally new in this. I have some basic knowledge regarding WordPress and I’m not a coder.

I have plug-in for WordPress called InstaBuilder. I use it on my primary website without any problem.
I just added subdomain to my primari domain, then I install WordPress 4.2.2. When I go to plug-in list, I saw that Instabuilder is there but he is not activated. I try to activated but then I receive following error:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /home/talebgd/public_html/gsniper/wp-content/plugins/instabuilder207/admin/editor.php on line 2823

I open editor.php and last line is 2823 and this is the only content of the line ” </ “.
Can you help to fix this problem and activate plug-in?

    Thank you in advance…

    Milan

  • Have you tried to delete the plugin and reinstall it? If so have you tried the instabuilder support team?

No, I did not try to de-install the plug-in because I’m not sure if he is going to work after that on my primary website where is now up and running perfectly.
I contacted support team but they say the same thing, to make re-installation of the plugin which I want to avoid.
I suppose that someone with more experience can help me regarding this problem.
