Since 5am this morning, I have been getting an email with my plugins back up file EVERY TWO MINUTES. I do not have a plugin for this, it has always been automatic. I do not know how to fix this.

I called my host and they said it was a problem with WP.

    HELP??

How were your backups automated before? Were you using a plugin like WordPress Database Backup, an automated cPanel process, or was your host providing the automatic backups?

Quite honestly, I don’t know about how the plugins were being backed up. I did not install a plugin for it, I just receive an email each day with the file. This is why I called my host. I thought they initiated it since I did not.

As for my database backup, I did install a plugin for that, however the emails/files I keep getting are for the PLUGINS not the database. And since I never did anything to make that happen, I assumed my host did. They say different and said it’s a WP problem.

Have you tried deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

I can try it, BUT the plugin files backup IS NOT a plugin. I thought it was automatic from WP or my host.

Ok well it seems to have stopped before I even had the chance to disable/enable any of the plugins. I will see if it happens again tomorrow or not.
