    Hi @erinsumm – apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.

    ?Could you please?try to?manually?download the plugin from our site and you may need to access the site files either via?FTP?or directly and browse to?wp-content/plugins/?and then delete the?popup-maker?folder manually. After that, reinstall the plugin the normal way and let us know if that works now?
